Is There A Fee To Attend?

Attendance is free for representatives of pension plans, insurers, wealth managers, charities, endowments, sovereign wealth funds, and foundations.

A fee will apply for delegates representing asset management and investment service provider firms. For the purposes of Aon's Wealth Insights Series 2024, we define asset managers as representatives of firms managing institutional assets directly, and investment service providers are defined as firms providing auxiliary and administrative institutional investment services, including investment index firms, data providers and custodians.

  • London conference* – £12,000 GBP + local taxes, per delegate
  • Miami conference* – $17,500 USD + local taxes, per delegate
  • Asia Pacific Investment Forum - $12,000 USD + local taxes, per delegate and $6,000 for each additional delegate from the same firm.

*After the purchase of 4 full-priced conference delegate passes, a 10% discount will apply to any additional conference pass purchased by the same firm. Attendance at the Asia Pacific Investment Forum is not applicable to the London/Miami conference discount.

  • Terms and Conditions
    • Attendance is free of charge for asset owners, defined as representatives of pension plans, insurers, wealth managers, charities, endowments, and foundations.
    • Asset managers are defined as representatives of firms managing institutional assets directly, and investment service providers are defined as firms providing auxiliary and administrative institutional investment services, including investment index firms, data providers and custodians.
    • Upon registration for the Wealth Insight Series London and/or Miami conferences, asset managers and investment service providers are making a commitment to paying the required fee to attend and arrangements will be made for payment. The fees are as follows:
      • London conference – £12,000 GBP, per delegate
      • Miami conference – $17,500 USD, per delegate
      • After 4 full-priced delegate passes, a 10% discount will apply to any additional passes purchased by the same firm
    • The Wealth Insights Asia Pacific Investment Forum, being held in Hong Kong, has a separate pricing schedule as follows:
      • Standard pricing of $12,000 USD
      • Early bird discounted rate of USD $10,000 per delegate plus special $5,000 USD for each additional delegate. To qualify for discounted rate, invoice must be paid before 30 June 2024
      • Attendance at the Forum is not applicable to discounts at the Wealth Insights Series London or Miami conferences
    • The fee stated does not include local taxes nor any costs associated with travel, hotel accommodation and refreshments for which each delegate is responsible. It is the responsibility of each delegate to ensure participation in the Wealth Insights Series (inclusive of Conferences or Forums) will not breach any agreement, obligation, restriction or duty they may have to any party, including, without limitation, their employer or a third party.
    • Bills will be invoiced in the local currency of the event and will include all applicable taxes and fees.
    • For asset managers and investment service providers, payment in full is required before the first day of the event(s) for which they have registered. In the event of cancellation, a charge will not be applied if notification is received in writing 30 days before the first day of each event. Payment in full will be required where cancellation requests are received less than 30 days before the event(s) except in cases of Force Majeure or termination for breach.
    • Aon reserves the right to limit the number of attendees from each firm and to decline registrations that do not align with our intended target audiences, including those received from competitors.
    • Aon’s receipt of revenue from asset managers will not result in any preferential treatment by Aon when evaluating, rating, or recommending asset managers or their products or strategies including those relating to any of their affiliates.
    • Similarly, an asset manager’s decision to not attend the Aon Wealth Insights Series will not result in any less preferential treatment by Aon when evaluating, rating, or recommending asset managers or their products or strategies including those relating to any of their affiliates.
    • Aon accepts no responsibility for the views or opinions of the speakers or any other persons (including external speakers) at the Series.
    • Aon reserves the right to make changes to the agenda including session speakers at any time without prior notice.
    • While the goal of Aon Wealth Insights Series is to foster communication across asset owners, asset managers and Aon, registration and/or attendance at this event does not guarantee access to any specific person(s) at any firm, inclusive of Aon.
    • By registering for one or more of these events, you consent to share data with third party providers for the ongoing execution of event planning and organization, for the purposes of conflict-of-interest disclosures, and any other disclosures that Aon, its subsidiaries and/or affiliates may be required to make under relevant laws and/or government regulations.
