Julia Page

Julie Page is Chief Executive Officer of Aon EMEA and is responsible for the regional delivery of our 3x3 Plan to help us go further, faster on Aon United and develop world class colleague and client experiences.

As a member of Aon’s global Executive Committee, Julie is part of the team responsible for Aon’s global strategy, and successfully executing it within the EMEA region, ensuring that the best of the firm is delivered to clients every day. Through Aon’s guiding values (Committed, United, Passionate) Julie’s leadership focuses on colleague experience, client experience and achieving the business, societal and shareholder goals of the firm.

Julie serves in various senior leadership positions in the financial and professional services sector, including TheCityUK Board and as a Leadership Council member, the FCA Practitioner Panel and HM Treasury’s Women in Finance Accountable Executive Taskforce. Julie is also an industry champion for diversity and inclusion, including active involvement in speaking, networking and participation in related committees and membership groups.
