Aon Advantage Funds LLC (AAF) is an alternative asset manager affiliated with Aon PLC (Aon) that launched in 2021 to serve institutional investors. AAF’s partners benefit from the breadth and expertise of a leading global professional services firm that provides advice and solutions to clients focused on risk, retirement, health and beyond. As part of its responsibilities to identify, evaluate and execute investments, AAF uses the resources of the broader Aon organization to assist with research, fund administration and operations.

Funding Alternatives for IP-Rich Companies
We provide funding alternatives for IP-rich companies. IP-backed lending has created new financing alternatives for IP-rich companies that traditional lenders overlook and tend to lack the expertise to appreciate intangible assets and their contribution to enterprise value. Our proprietary IP valuation services allow our portfolio companies to use their intangible assets as collateral to back minimally dilutive financing at scale as a true alternative to a large equity round. When overseeing our investors’ capital, we use a bottom-up approach to investment selection and have developed a disciplined method for providing patient capital to quality investment opportunities.
