Mr. Knight is a Founding Partner of RoundTable Healthcare Partners and the former Vice Chairman and director of Cardinal Health, Inc., a diversified healthcare services company. Mr. Knight was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Allegiance Corporation from 1996 until February 1999, and had been with Baxter International, Inc. from 1981 until 1996 where he served as Corporate Vice President from 1990, Executive Vice President from 1992, and as a director from 1995. Mr. Knight became Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aon in August 2008. He is a life director of Endeavor Health, a life trustee of Northwestern University, a director of Junior Achievement of Chicago, and a member of the Civic Committee of The Commercial Club of Chicago. He is also Co-Chairman of Knight Impact Partners. Mr. Knight serves as Chair of the Executive Committee, Chair of the Governance/Nominating Committee, and a member of the Governance/Nominating Committee’s Inclusion and Wellbeing Sub-Committee of our Board of Directors.
